Meta Makeover is being filmed this weekend – but there’s a difference!
Instead of having a house to make over, this week we are addressing the very serious issue of content theft. We’ll be speaking to top designers in their stores, and in the studio; our guests will include Sue Stonebender of Serendipity Studios, Gwen Carillon of Elements in Design (and the Content Creators Association), Colleen Desmoulins of The Loft, Stroker Serpentine of Strokerz Toys, Dirk Talamasca, Juris Amat and Neil Robinson.
And, what’s more, our show will be coming to you from our SL5B build, so you’ll have a chance to see it in its its glory before the SL5B celebration clothes on July 7th.

Would you like your home to feature on Meta Makeover? Send an email to us with three or four pictures of your home attached, and stating your reasons why you would like a makeover. Every two weeks, we shall select one lucky owner from our postbag and invite them to be our next Meta Makeover!

In today’s show, Saffia is wearing a variety of outifts by Ivalde.
“We filmed one shot several weeks ago when we were on Fire Island,” explains Saffia, “and so you’ll see me again in Aritha in red. And for the studio part of the show – well, I’m still in love with Verun, so you’ll be seeing that, but in a new colour, a really rich purple.”
But the outfit that has drawn the most approving comments is the one Saffia wears for the segment filmed at Sue Stonebender’s Serendipity Studios.
“This is part of Ivalde’s new range,” says Saffia, “and hasn’t actually been released yet – but I’m sure it will be a huge hit when it is – because all my friends are already eager to buy it! It’s called Amma, and it’s a real summer outfit, with a gorgeous cheesecloth skirt, in vivid colours banded with black. And the detailing on the top is just lovely too!”
