Meta Makeover is on today – Sunday, 13th April at the SLCN studios in Northpoint – and everyone is welcome.
This week our designer is Zandi Moe of Organised Confusion, and we’ll be making over a VIP cabin on the fabulous three-sim cruise liner The Galaxy, designed and created by Bill Stirling.
The programme is presented by Saffia Widdershins, the Editor of Prim Perfect Magazine – she’ll be talking to Bill Stirling in the studio about the Galaxy, his other builds and his plans.
And we’ll be showing you something of life on the Galaxy – and a very special Galaxy gift will be given to everyone in the audience for the show.
The show starts at 12 noon SLT, but you should be there by 11.45 to make sure of getting a seat.
We’ll see you there!

In today’s show, Saffia is wearing Kaja by Ivalde in black, for her exploration of the ship, and Freydis in red by Ivalde in the studio.
“I have had the Kaja outfits in my inventory for a year now,” says Saffia. “I bought the full range of colour choices a year ago when we were covering Prim Perfect for the second issue of the magazine because, really, what could be more appropriate than a sailor suit for exploring a cruise liner? I have always loved the detailing of the sailor suit collar – it reminds me of a Laura Ashley dress that I owned -a good many years ago now! And I think it’s a real measure of Neferia Abel’s design skills that it doesn’t date at all!”
The second outfit, Freydis, however, comes from the latest release range. “I adore this dress,” says Saffia. “I need to wear a system skirt in the studio – I don’t want to lose half my outfit into the cushions! And this design has a gorgeous neckline, with really sensational sleeves. Neferia’s styles are always elegant – but this makes me feel downright glamorous!”

[...] The dress, of course, was designed by Neferia Abel and came from the Ivalde store. The design is Freydis, and Saffia wore the red version once before, when the show first came from the Galaxy. [...]
